Tip: If you are using medjool dates, use 2 instead of 4 since they are bigger
Ingredients
1 cup (2.5 dl) Sproud Original
1 banana
4 pitted dates
1 tbsp peanut butter
1/2 tbsp cacao powder
1/8 tsp sea salt
Steps
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth, add more Sproud if you prefer a runny smoothie.
- Serve in whatever you want and enjoy!
