Smoothie bowl

Ingredients (2 servings)
2 frozen bananas

2 cups (5 dl) frozen raspberries
½ orange

1/4 cup (0.5 dl) Sproud Unsweetened



  1. Chop the frozen banana and add to a high speed blender (900W+) or food processor together with the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Mix until smooth! Try not to add too much liquid, otherwise this will not be thick and creamy.
