200 g tofu, firm
1/4 cup (0.5 dl) Sproud Unsweetened
1 tsp black salt
1 tsp turmeric
0.5 tbsp nutritional yeast
0.5 tsp paprika powder
Oil for frying
Rye bread, Avocado
- Crumble the tofu into a frying pan with a little oil.
- Mix Sproud with the spices.
- Pour over the tofu and fry for a few minutes.
- Slice the avocado, place on rye bread, and top with the tofu
