Banana Pancakes

Ingredients 

1 cup (2.5 dl) Oats

1 cup (2.5 dl) Sproud Unsweetened

1 Banana

 

Toppings:  

Banana, Tahini, Hemp seeds

 

Steps 

1. Add all ingredients to a blender and mix until you have a smooth batter, let it sit and thicken up for 5 minutes.

2. Cook 1/4 cup batter at a time in a non stick pan over medium heat. Flip the  pancake when it has stopped bubbling and it has solidified a little on the top.

3. Cook for one more minute on the other side. Continue until the batter is  gone.

4. Serve with any topping or as the suggestion above!
