Pancake cereal

Ingredients (1 serving)

1 cup (2 dl) flour
0.2 tsp salt
1 tsp bakingpowder

1 tsp bicarbonate
1 cup (2 dl) Sproud Original

1 egg



  1. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Add the milk and egg and whisk together until smooth batter. The batter should be quite thick.
  3. Heat up the frying pan with some butter. Drop small pancakes into the pan, approximately 1 tsp per pancake, and fry until they get a little color on both sides.
  4. Put in a bowl with some Sproud Original.
