1/4 cup (0.5 dl) Sproud original (more if needed)
2 frozen, very ripe bananas
1 packet frozen acai (or 4 tbsp acai powder)
3/4 cup (1.5 dl) frozen raspberries and blueberries
A pinch of cinnamon
Fresh fruit (we recommend strawberries and banana)
- Put all the ingredients in a blender.
- Mix until it becomes a smooth consistency. This will take a while of pulsating and scratching along the sides – but be patient! Add more Sproud if needed.
- Serve the thick ice cream-like acai bowl with your toppings. Enyoy!
