Vegan Chef and Author Joins Sproud

Joining the Sproud family as its UK ambassador, vegan chef and YouTuber, Gaz Oakley will be developing recipes and championing the dairy free alternative range of products through his own social media platforms.

Gaz who recently passed the one million subscriber mark on his YouTube channel has a huge following across the UK and in the USA approached Sproud to be part of the brand’s story. Gaz who owns @avantgardevegan is a passionate advocate for plant-based cooking devising beautiful, innovative vegan dishes. He will also be joining the Sproud team on their own social platforms providing hints, tips and plant-based alternatives.

Originally from Cardiff in Wales, Gaz learnt to cook at a very young age with his father. He is now the author of two plant-based cookery books with his first book being sold worldwide and translated into five different languages. His Instagram and YouTube channels have been phenomenally successful, and the social media influencer has completed over eight seasons of recipe videos providing recipes, ideas and inspiration for a plant-based lifestyle. His latest cookbook Plants Only Kitchen has been launched this month.
