OVERNIGHT OATS WITH MATCHA AND PEANUT BUTTER

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 banana
  • 50 ml peanut butter
  • 400 ml Sproud Original Pea Milk
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 400 ml oatmeal
  • 50 ml linseed
  • Pinch of salt

TOPPING

  • Mashed banana
  • Blueberry jam
  • Peanut butter
  • Fresh blueberries

 

STEGP BY STEP 

1. Mash the banana with the peanut butter.

2. Whisk together the matcha and Sproud and stir in oatmeal, linseed, banana and peanut butter. Divide into four bowls and leave in the fridge overnight.
