Ingredients (2 servings)
1/2 cup buckwheat groats (dry)
1/4 cup almonds, raw
1/2 orange + zest
1/3 cup dates
1/4 cup Sproud Unsweetened
1/4 tsp turmeric, ground
Instructions
– Soak the buckwheat and almonds in cold water overnight
– The next morning, add all ingredients to a high speed blender or food processor and mix until smooth
– Serve in a bowl with your favorite toppings!
