Ginger bread smoothie

Ingredienser (1 portion)

2 st frysta bananer, hackade

1.2 dl Sproud Unsweetened

1 msk Mandel smör(eller jordnöts smör)

1 tsk malen ingefära
1 tsk malen kanel
0.24 tsk malen kardemumma

En nypa kryddnejlika

 

Gör så här
1. Blanda alla ingredienser i en mixer och mixa tills len.
2. Servera I ett glas eller skål och toppa med rostad mandel och en nypa kanel. Njut!
