TOMATO WHITE BEAN PASTA

Tip: You can replace the water with Sproud for an even creamier pasta.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 dl water
  • 3 dl Sproud Original
  • 200g crushed tomatoes
  • 1 dl sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp chili flakes
  • 150g penne pasta
  • 1/2 can of white beans
  • 1-2 dl Sproud Original
  • Baby spinach

STEP BY STEP 

  1. Start by frying the minced garlic in a splash of oil.
  2. Add water, 3dl sproud, crushed tomatoes, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, salt, chili flakes and pasta. Cook for 10 minutes without a lid.
  3. Then add the drained beans, more Sproud and baby spinach. Simmer for some more minutes. Add more Sproud if you want more sauce.
  4. Top with nutritional yeast or oregano.
