CHOCO PROTEIN SMOOTHIE

Tip: Try to add more greens such as fresh spinach or kale!

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 1/2 dl frozen mango
  • 1 banana
  • 2 dl Sproud
  • 1 tbsp Sproud Greens

STEP BY STEP 

1. Add all of the ingredients to a high speed blender and mix until smooth

2. Serve in a glass and enjoy!
