PROTEIN BOOSTED PORRIDGE

INGREDIENTS 

  • 500 ml sproud
  • 200 ml water
  • 1 tsp cardamom
  • ½ tsp grated ginger
  • A pinch of salt
  • 200 ml steel cut oats
  • 50 ml hemp seeds
  • 200 ml oatmeal

 

STEG FÖR STEG

1. Add the water, Sproud, cardamom, ginger and a pinch of salt to a pan and bring it to a boil.

2. Whisk in the steel cut oats and bring to a boil again. Add the oatmeal and hemp seeds and let it simmer for 6-8 minutes.

3. Top your porridge with more seeds, berries and nut butter of your choice.
