PRE-WORKOUT BERRY SMOOTHIE

1 Serving

Tip: Add more banana or try add dates for extra sweetness.

 

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 dl frozen blueberries

1 1/2 dl frozen raspberries

1/2 banana

2 dl Sproud Original

1 tbsp Sproud Pre workout

 

STEP BY STEP 

1. Add all of the ingredients to a high speed blender and mix until smooth

2. Serve in a glass or a to-go jar!
