Tip: You can also use Sproud Chocolate and skip the cacao powder!



  • 2 dl Sproud Original – then more as needed
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 dl hazelnuts, roasted
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 dates



  1. Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender.
  2. Process it until it becomes a silky smooth consistency, adding more Sproud as needed.
  3. Serve the smoothie in a glass or as a smoothie bowl with toppings!
