HORCHATA CON CAFÉ

INGREDIENTS

 

  • 50 ml bastmati rice
  • 100 ml water
  • 100 ml Sproud Original
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 double espresso
  • 10 ml agave syrup

 

STEP BY STEP 

1. Combine the rice, milk and water in a container together with the cinnamon stick and leave for at least 4 hours.

2. Remove the cinnamon stick and mix everything vigorously in a blender. Strain the mixture through a very fine sieve, or cheesecloth. Pour the rice milk into a highball glass with ice and add the double espresso and agave syrup.
(If you do not have an espresso machine at home, it works just as well with Moka brewed coffee).
