SCRAMBLED TOFU ON TOAST WITH AVOCADO

SCRAMBLED TOFU

  • 200 g extra firm tofu
  • 50 ml Sproud Original Pea Milk
  • 1 tsp Kala Namak
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • ½ tbsp nutritional yeast
  • ½ tsp paprika powder
  • Oil for frying

TOPPING

  • Toast
  • Avocado

STEP BY STEP

  1. Crumble the tofu into a frying pan with a little bit of frying oil.
  2. Mix Sproud with the spices, pour the mixture over the tofu and fry over medium heat for a few minutes.
  3. Slice the avocado, put on a toast and top with the tofu.
