PRE-WORKOUT BERRY SMOOTHIE

Tip: Add more banana or try add dates for extra sweetness.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 dl frozen blueberries
  • 1 1/2 dl frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 dl Sproud Original Pea Milk
  • 1 tbsp Sproud Vegan Pre-workout

STEP BY STEP

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a high speed blender and mix until smooth
  2. Serve in a glass or a to-go jar!
