If you do not have a powerful blender (900W +) then first boil the cashews for 5 minutes
Add all the cheese sauce ingredients to a strong blender and mix until you get a smooth sauce (takes a while) add in more Sproud if it doesn’t goes around.
Press a garlic clove into a hot pan with oil. Then add in rinsed beans and corn kernels and spices. Fry on medium heat until onion is browned
Slice paprika, chop cucumber, avocado, salad and make tomato salsa in a bowl
When the rice is done you can make your burrito bowl! Start with salad, rice, beans, avocado, cucumber, salsa and finally the cheese sauce. Top with chili flakes for extra heat.
