What makes you like Sproud so much?
Anthony: – Sproud has a neutral taste which emphasizes coffee flavour more than other plant based options.

 

What is it like working with Sproud?
Anthony: – Sproud is very easy to foam and gets wonderfully creamy which makes it easier for me to make good latte art.

 

Anthony, you have recently been appointed Barista’s Barista. Alex, you are double Swedish champion in Latte Art, and have represented Sweden at the World Latte Art Championship two years in a row. What does the milk itself mean for a good latte?

Anthony: – Plant-based milk alternatives have been difficult to work with in the past and have not emphasized the flavour of the coffee. With Sproud, I feel for the first time that the coffee’s unique flavour is highlighted rather than hidden.
